RAMSR Bundle: 'Original' and 'Toddler' RAMSR Courses

RAMSR (Rhythm and Movement for Self-Regulation) is a program for 3-8yr olds that aims to support attentional and emotional regulation skills, as well as mental flexibility, inhibition, and working memory (executive functions). The program was first designed and piloted in 2016 by Adjunct Professor Kate Williams (Queensland University of Technology) and her music therapy and early childhood education colleagues.

Rhythm and Movement for Self Regulation-Toddler (RAMSR-T) is a program designed for developing early self regulation skills in children 18 months-3 years of age. The online course provides educators, carers, parents, allied health professionals - anyone working with young children, (whether they are musical or not!) the skills and resources to run the RAMSR-T program in their setting.
